Beach workout!!!

The beach brings me feeligs. i rew up in a south coast town (Matara, Sri lanka) and in the beach, i made many memories and moments. I was not in workout gear but felt like working out. Here is the workout :
400m Jogging

FUll bbody stretch - I usually do fron top to bottom. starting with neck and moving towards clves. 10 seconds on static stretches, 10 reps of dynamic exercises. did 15 seconds on exercises i dont stretch regurlzzrly. i stretched thse muscles extra : Front neck (SCM), Quadriceps, glutes (gluteous maximus) and biceps.
A circuit of ... (2 sets)
Volleyball blocks
I did blocking inside and outside from the left, right and middle
push up freestyle
I want to have a pushup freestyle routine. WOrked on variations such as standard pushups, closegrip pushups, russian pushups, clap pushupa and puperman pushups
standing long jumps - Did 5 reps.
shadow boxing - i was pretty tired by the time i got to this. i focused on being calm and ecomonical. swithced stances and did a 'feeling' process.
HAd a soft serve ice cream after. I want to increace the carbohydrate intake. I think carbs will help me perform beter by giving me more nergy. i plan on eating fruit, grains to up the carbs. i will have sugar to (good source of gluecose) For 3 years i have been trying to eat no sugar. but i will be eating sugar from now on.
Loving the gym and exercisse too msuch is an issue for me. i am persistent and get exercise every day. i dont exercise as intense as before.
