I was born in srilanka. I was introduced to exercise at a young age. I woud sprint with mates after school and play badminton. I had no idea about fitness to start off with. i wuld get an scholarship to royal collage colombo srilanka. i would play pretty mush all the sports the school had to offer. inclyding voleyball, athletics (400m dash, high jump, hurdles), table tennis, baseball etc.. i would play soccer and cricket with mated when ever we could. I moved to australia after middle school. it was quite the culture shock! i still played sports in my new australian high chool. but i never exelled at any thing. I was introduced to weight lifting and resistance training by my brihter. we had a becnh and dumbbells. i was hooked instantly. i learned all i could about fitness. read books like zyzz;s body building bible. I play every sport i can these dyas. i am a qualified fitness trainer and i am always up skilling (online courses etc..)I want to become a great strenghth coach working with top athletes!
